Fasteners Classification and Characteristics
There are many kinds of fasteners. According to their names, fastener can be divided into seven basic categories: bolts, screws, nuts, rivets, pins, welding nails and washers. Bolts include external hexagonal bolts, flange bolts, double-headed bolts, anchor bolts, U-shaped bolts, live bolts, carriage bolts, etc. Nuts include hexagonal nuts, cap nuts, slotted nuts, flange nuts, anti-loosening nuts, round nuts, butterfly nuts and various special-shaped nuts. According to the different thread, it can be divided into standard pitch fastener, fine tooth fastener, ultra-fine tooth fastener, trapezoidal fastener, reverse thread fastener and so on.
According to the different surface treatment methods, it can be divided into galvanized fastener, hot galvanized fasteners, nickel-plated fastener, chromium-plated fastener, oxidized blackening, powder galvanized fasteners, Dacromet fastener and other series of products.
