High strength Dacromet bolt is treated by Dacromet, so what are the advantages?
1. Superior corrosion resistance. Unetched galvanized coatings are usually corroded by rainbow colored film with thickness of 1-3 micron for 20 hours in salt spray test. The corrosion resistance of Dacromet treated metal surface is about 10 times higher than that of traditional metal surface treatment. The salt spray test can reach more than 1000 hours, and has high technical index of sulfur dioxide resistance, which shows stronger rust resistance.
2. Excellent heat corrosion resistance. The traditional galvanized coating will have tiny cracks at temperatures above 70 C, discoloration at temperatures between 200 300 C, and corrosion resistance will be greatly reduced. The curing temperature of Dacromet anticorrosive film is about 300 C, so even if the surface metal film is kept at high temperature for a long time, its appearance remains unchanged and its heat corrosion resistance is excellent.
3. Excellent surface permeability. The metal parts treated by Dacromet can also form a film in the fine voids, which has good deep penetration and anti-corrosion coating. The inner and outer parts of tubular parts can also be coated evenly, and the deep coating ability is much better than that of galvanizing.
